Terms of Service

Template notice. This page is a starting template. Have it reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer before you collect data or take payments.

Last updated: on deployment. By creating an account or using CareerPlus, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

CareerPlus provides mentored, multi-level training across several tracks. We may update, add, or withdraw content and features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password secure. You must not share your account or use another person's account.

3. Enrollment, fees & access

Each track has levels with published fees plus a one-time application fee. Access to a level is granted on first payment; you may pay in full or via an instalment plan. Promotion and certificates are issued only once the level is fully paid and all promotion requirements (lessons, grade, project, payment) are met.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner; their terms also apply. Prices are shown in your applicable currency and may change for future purchases.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, is set out in our published refund terms. Application fees are generally non-refundable. Adapt this clause to your actual policy and applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

Use CareerPlus lawfully; do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform, and treat mentors and fellow learners with respect.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials and platform content are owned by Levi EduTech or its licensors and are provided for your personal learning. Work you submit remains yours, but you grant us permission to use it for assessment and programme delivery.

8. Certificates

Certificates verify completion of the stated level or programme and may be checked via the verification link. Misrepresenting certificates is prohibited.

9. Liability

CareerPlus is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
